Spa Policies

At Pampered Soul Spa, the services that we provide are for Individuals, Couples, Corporate Clients, Spa Parties, and more. We want to provide you with the most professional service — which was the reason you choose us.

Unlike many of our competitors, we will not list strict rules and regulations (you chose us, and we want to make your spa experience relaxing and enjoyable).

However, we will ask you for just a few courtesies:

The earlier you book your reservation with us, the more time we have to properly prepare for you. We will be able to arrange to have our most outstanding professionals, products, services, and adequate time to spend with you.

We do not ask for a booking fee, but Spa Parties require a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of the total cost of the party: $50 at signing and the balance of the deposit will be due 10 days prior to the Party, to guarantee our professional services for you. We also ask that Spa Parties be at the Minimum Cost of $500.

We are located in Point Pleasant, but we do service all of New Jersey. If you live outside our service area, a travel fee may apply to services and parties. First 40 miles no travel fee charged. Over forty miles we ask for 50 cents/mile roundtrip. Parking fee, if any, will be at garage rate.

Spa Parties:

After booking a party, please let us know — at least a week before your party — how many guests will be attending and the services that they would like to receive. We customize our service schedule for each individual.

We always welcome that unexpected guest. We will be more than happy to accommodate and work them into your spa party at regular service fees. There are NO extra charges for someone special to you who is able to free up their time to join in the fun.

If for some reason, a few days before your party there happens to be three or more extra guests, we ask for a "heads up" so we can properly incorporate these guests into the spa party. We do not want to leave any-one out. Again, this is at regular service rates, with out any extra fees.

If you look at the competition, you may see that they will add on Extra Fees, we do not believe in penalizing your friends for freeing up their time to spend a day of Pampering with you! The only thing that we do require is to relax and enjoy.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, as we will need to contact our staff of the cancellation. If you would like to reschedule, we ask that you let us know the new date as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you.

In the event you need to cancel your spa party reservation for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable but if you would like to reschedule we will apply the deposit to the new date of your Spa Party. Please give us ample time to reschedule your party as our Spa parties do book up quickly.

Set-Up

The Pampered Soul Spa Staff will arrive at least 30 to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time. This will allow our staff to set up their equipment and re-arrange any small furniture if necessary . We provide all the essentials, massage tables, creams, sheets, oils, towels, music, aromatherapy, robes, spa gifts, and more.

At The Pampered Soul Spa, we can also provide you with a consultant who may tour your venue prior to the scheduled date to insure adequate space is available, and answer your questions or concerns. Pampered Soul Spa is here to make your event go smoothly so you and your guests will have an enjoyable time!

Communication

Please let our Spa professionals know of any expectations or concerns before and during treatments so they may provide you with right service or treatment.

Please inform our Massage Therapists of any medical conditions that would prevent you from treatment such as broken skin or lesions.

And, If you or any of your guests are pregnant, please let us know prior to services.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients, and are very appreciated by the staff.

Method of Payment

At this time we accept Cash or Checks. There will be a $30 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

Hourly Group Rates

For our clients who would like to book at an hourly rate, please call for more details.

Customized Spa Packages

Spa Packages are also available for all occasions and not limited to: golf outings, tradeshows, Weddings, VIP’s Etc. Please call us for more information.
